Birth Doula Package
Doula will meet with client at 31 weeks for initial consultation.
One instructional and educational visit at 34 weeks.
Regular visits with doula begin at 37 weeks gestation.
Pelvic floor stretching and relaxation techniques - 45 minute to 1 hour sessions, once a week. We are trained in proper pelvic floor positioning for optimal delivery.
Labor coaching and delivery preparation - We will discuss various topics in order to educate and prepare each mom for the birth process and what to expect, both during birth and postpartum.
Coaching during delivery - Doula will labor with client at their home until time to go to the hospital or birthing center, and will continue laboring there are well.
Doula will remain with client at the hospital or birthing center until the newborn is breastfeeding and the client is comfortable with the Doula’s departure.
1 Postpartum visit - Postpartum care includes help with breastfeeding, baby care, mommy care, questions, and support.
